HOW IT WORKS
To use CaptionFlow, all you need to do is register with Dubsat. From there, you simply login to your mydubsat account to book your TVC delivery, select the 'Caption via The SubStation' option and complete the booking. The SubStation then captions and quality-assures the insertion of your caption file and uploads the finished, captioned TVC to your mydubsat library where you can view it with or without captions. You can even download the script!
THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS
The SubStation is Dubsat's in-house captioning and subtitling service, with over 70 years of combined experience in the captioning industry. The SubStation staff are considered to be among the best in the country and work with the vast majority of advertising agencies in Australia and New Zealand to provide closed-captions for their TVCs.
FAST, AFFORDABLE, EASY
CaptionFlow is substantially faster and cheaper than the traditional tape-based method of captioning, with no dubs or couriers to order, instant online quotations and a single invoice for captioning and delivery.

"As a Producer working at a busy agency, finding suppliers I can rely on is imperative. I have always chosen the SubStation for captioning and now I can access them via Dubsat using CaptionFlow. Combining these two services makes each despatch booking faster and more efficient. It's seamless."
Meredyth Judd - Producer, Banjo
"This service is a great example of how the captioning industry is maturing and developing. Processes that were considered specialist and difficult a few years ago are now being mainstreamed and made the norm. The smart companies always got ahead of the competition by putting captions on their TVCs and CaptionFlow is a brilliant innovation that makes the decision to caption even easier and faster."
